When you create an account or request a travel quote, Wherenext Journeys may store your account details, travel preferences and the information you include in your enquiry. Optional dietary, cultural or accessibility preferences should only be shared when you choose to provide them.
How it is used
We use these details to support your account, keep your saved travel ideas, and respond to your travel enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Marketing messages are not included in this enquiry flow.
Access and safeguards
Account-only information is protected by access controls. We do not ask for passport scans during holiday discovery. Only share information needed to plan a journey.
Your choices
You may ask Wherenext to update or delete account information by contacting the business through its verified contact channel. A contact address and retention details have not yet been supplied.
